(NOTE: This does NOT add/remove individuals from the ncpc listserve) How to edit your membership profile in 123signup (.doc download) How to access your registration history, receipts, and print invoices in 123signup (.doc download) Founded in 1991, North Carolina Presenters Consortium, Inc. is a not-for-profit membership association comprised of professional performing arts presenting organizations throughout North Carolina and industry professionals from NC and beyond who share the mission of bringing artists and audiences together. NCPC is supported by member dues, program fees, revenue from OnStageinNC.com and through grant subsidy from the North Carolina Arts Council. Additional in-kind support is provided by our NC statewide project partner, OUR STATE Magazine. Criteria for Membership For both NC
and non-NC presenting organizations to enjoy full membership
status,
the following criteria must be met: Membership is also provided for emerging not-for-profit presenting organizations which present fewer than three events yearly or are in process of establishing or further developing a broader presenting program, and for professional artists, agents, managers, vendors & industry-related service providers. Annual Membership Dues Annual dues and member benefits vary for presenting members, agents, managers, performing artists, service organizations and industry-associated vendors. Membership year runs July 1-June 30.
$50 when
annual artist contracts total less then $25,000;
$100 for
Solo Professional Artist and/or Performing Arts Company; When your membership application is processed, you will be added to the appropriate listserv and you will receive a lengthy “orientation” email outlining numerous membership benefits, procedures & further instructions on access Benefits of Membership North
Carolina Presenters Consortium, one of the most respected

its kind, currently provides the following membership
benefits. Certain benefits may apply only to specific
membership
categories. NC Presenting Organization Full Membership • Professional
development
& networking opportunities: Membership in NCPC
offers the opportunity to tap into the collective knowledge and
expertise of its members and meet face to face with other
members at
arts conferences and at our regular in-state membership
meetings. •Member-only
email
listserv: immediate and easy access for communication with our
full membership. With one email, you can reach 200+ NCPC members
to
ask for advice, discuss professional issues, consider booking
opportunities etc.
Professional Non-Presenter Membership Benefits Performing Artists, Agents/ Managers, Service Providers, Industry Vendors Non-presenter members’ support is vitally important in furthering the work and services of the North Carolina Presenters Consortium. All professional/business members are listed on the NCPC website and are invited to a yearly gathering facilitating face-to-face time between presenters, artists, agents and vendor members. Only presenter-category members may attend NCPC collaborative booking meetings. One of the most valuable benefits for corporate and professional members is access to and inclusion on the NCPC email listserv -- an extremely easy-to-use and effective tool for publicizing arist routing availabilities, etc. Non-presenter members are invited to attend group functions at professional regional conferences and may co-sponsor or underwrite social & professional projects for the NCPC group. Professional non-presenter members may also receive advance notice and registration fee discounts for events such as the biennial ArtsMarket conference.
