NCPC members must officially sign up for enrollment in this partnership by

1) completing the attached partnership enrollment Venue Contact & Event form and returning it by fax or email to Stephen Barefoot at the NCPC office (fax 919.403.9158 or email to stephen@goingbarefoot.com) and to Amy Wood Pasquini at OUR STATE magazine (fax 336.286.0100 or email to marketing@ourstate.com);

2) submit a trade partnership summary report, including sample programs and outlining additional methods by which your venue has met the ad trade agreement;

3) completing the 2012-13 partnership event spreadsheet and returning it to the NCPC office
NO LATER THAN JULY 12, 2012.
