About the Fall Block Booking Meeting

What is our Fall Block Booking Meeting? This event offers professional presenters the opportunity to connect with other presenters from across North Carolina and beyond. It's a chance to share experiences, make booking decisions for your upcoming season, and gain valuable insights from your peers.

Why Attend? NCPC's block booking meetings help presenters find new talent and book shows together, saving them thousands of dollars in artists fees and benefiting the artists by providing a routed schedule.

What's New This Year? This year, we are also adding a virtual option for our Fall block booking meeting for anyone who can't attend in person. Access to our Virtual Block Booking option is open to current NCPC members only. We've also added a closing night dinner for presenters to get together and enjoy time together after wrapping up ArtsMarket 2024!

9:00-9:30 AM - Breakfast & Coffee Sponsored by the Georgia's Players Guild

9:30 AM-12:00 PM - Booking Session #1
12:00-12:30 PM - Lunch
12:30-3:00 PM - Booking Session #2
3:00 - Closing

Local Parking

If you are attending the meeting during the daytime only (not staying overnight in a hotel) then you may purchase a discounted parking pass for one or all of the conference dates when registering. The Durham Center Parking Garage (directly across the W. Morgan street) is offering ArtsMarket attendees a special (one-time use per day only) parking pass for $10 per day. This is not for multiple in and out privileges. When registering for the meeting, please be sure to indicate if you would like to purchase a pass, so that one can be provided to you.

Registration Information

Registration for the Fall Block Booking Meeting includes all day-of meals and activities included in the meeting schedule.
