What is the Refer and Earn: Give 20%, Get $10?
Give 20%, Get $10 is a membership referral program. If you refer a presenter or performing arts professional for NCPC membership and they activate a new membership before December 31, 2023, new members will receive 20% off their first year of membership and referring members will receive a $10 member credit added to their account once the new membership is verified.
How does Refer and Earn: Give 20%, Get $10 work?
Identify a presenter or performing arts professional who you think would benefit from joining NCPC and who would be beneficial for others to know as a member of our community. Please note that potential members must be eligible for membership under one of NCPC’s membership categories.

Make sure that they include your first and last name in the referring member box when they sign up.
As a thank you from NCPC, the new member will receive 20% off of their first year of membership and you will receive a $10 member credit added to your account after the new membership application is processed.
Account credits can be used at the discretion of the member towards future event registration fees or membership renewal dues. Credits cannot be used on past purchases. And the best part….credits do not expire so they can be used at any time provided your membership remains active!

Who can refer a new member under the Refer and Earn: Give 20%, Get $10 Program?
Any active NCPC member can refer a new member using the Give 20%, Get $10 incentive.

Who can join NCPC under the Refer and Earn: Give 20%, Get $10 Program?
Current members can refer anyone who has not been a member of NCPC for at least 12 months prior to applying through the referral program. Potential members must fall under one of the membership categories to be eligible.
Can an expired member participate in the Refer and Earn: Give 20%, Get $10 Program?
Expired members do not qualify to participate in the Give 20%, Get $10 promotion unless they have not been an NCPC member for 12 consecutive months or more.
Can current members refer more than one member to join NCPC?
Yes! While you can only receive a maximum $50 account credit ($10 per referral), we encourage members to refer multiple friends!
How many referral credits can I earn for this referral drive?
The primary member on an NCPC membership can earn a maximum of $50 in referral credits.
How do I use my credits once I receive them?
Members can apply a credit or outstanding balance when paying one or more invoices from their member profile.
From the invoices and payment tab in their member profile, members can select the invoices they want to pay, and the credits they want to apply. Outstanding invoice amounts appear in red, while credit amounts appear in black.
After choosing the appropriate invoices and credits, the member clicks the Pay Online button if the credit being applied is less than the selected invoice amounts or click the Settle Button if the credit being applied equals the selected invoice amounts.
Can I use my credits towards PAST purchases and have them applied as a credit back to me?
No. Credits can only be used towards future purchases once applied to your member account.
Can my credits expire?
As long as your membership remains current, your credits will remain on your account until you choose to use them.
How soon can I expect to receive my account credits?
Account credits will be applied within 5 business days of the new member finalizing their membership account.

Is the Refer and Earn: Give 20%, Get $10 Program only for Presenters?
NO! ALL current NCPC members of ANY membership category are eligible to participate and receive rewards under this program.
I’m a presenter, can I only refer other presenters to NCPC?
NO! Current NCPC members of any membership category can refer anyone for membership with NCPC provided they fall under one of the membership categories.
I’m an agent, can I refer my artists to join NCPC?
Yes! Agents are welcome to refer anyone who falls under one of the membership categories for membership.
