Exhibitor Registration Deadline: October 1, 2025 OR until all exhibit tables are sold.

Cancellation/Refunds for Exhibitors

Requests for refunds on or before October 1, 2025 will be honored, less a 30% processing fee. Such requests must be made in writing. No refunds will be available for exhibitors after October 1, 2025.

Presenters Registration Deadline: October 16, 2025

2025 Showcase Artists: Live, Virtual and TYA Conference Registration Deadline: August 22, 2025
Cancellation/Refunds for Showcase Artists
Showcase cancellation and requests for production fee and/or exhibit table refunds on or before September 19, 2025 will be honored, less a 30% processing fee. Such requests must be made in writing. No refunds will be available for showcase artists after September 19, 2025.
