NCPC 2025 Annual Meeting Sponsorship Opportunities

We are excited to share upcoming sponsorship opportunities for our 2025 Annual Meeting, taking place in Wilmington, NC at both Thalian Hall Center for the Performing Arts and The Wilson Center at Cape Fear Community College on June 9-11th, 2025.


NCPC’s Annual Meeting is a three-day event focused on professional development and networking. It features guest speakers, workshops, forums, and roundtable discussions on member-requested topics. The meeting also includes the annual business meeting, artist and agent pitches, and numerous networking opportunities. Open to all NCPC member categories, it offers the most face-to-face interaction for artists, agents, and presenters to build valuable connections. See below for available sponsorship opportunities!

Event Sponsorship with Live Showcase Opportunity ($2000 each)

    • Annual Meeting Dinner-SECURED
    • Annual Meeting Breakfast-SECURED
    • Annual Meeting Lunch-SECURED
  • What’s included in this sponsorship
    • Opportunity to showcase in-person - one artist or artist group for 15 minutes during the showcase block which will take place during the opening dinner at Thalian Hall Center for the Performing Arts
    • One complimentary conference registration
    • Guaranteed pitch spot at the agent/artist pitch session
    • Dedicated Signage as a Meeting Sponsor: Your organization's commitment to supporting the Annual Meeting will be prominently displayed with dedicated signage at the event featuring your organization’s logo.
    • Verbal recognition of sponsorship at the event

Professional Development and Evening Event Sponsorship with Video ($500 each)

  • Available Opportunities
    • PD Session One: Musicians for Overdose Prevention - John Kennedy
      • Note: Due to the lack of screen access at the beach, this video will be shown at the end of the artist/agent pitch session at the Wilson Center before we leave for the beach
    • PD Session Two-Choose One: Creating a Successful Season OR Improving the Business of the Arts-SECURED
    • PD Session Three: Arts Advocacy in a Politically Charged Climate-SECURED
    • Evening Activity: Live Band Karaoke with the Local Vocals
  • What’s included in this sponsorship
    • Exclusive 3-Minute Video Pitch to be shown at the PD session you are sponsoring
    • Dedicated Signage as a Meeting Sponsor: Your organization's commitment to supporting the Annual Meeting will be prominently displayed with dedicated signage at the event featuring your organization’s logo.
    • Verbal recognition of sponsorship at the event
    • Printed Marketing Materials Distribution: Connect directly with attending presenters by providing printed marketing materials such as brochures, pamphlets, or business cards. These items will be shared during your chosen sponsor event.

Additional sponsorship perks include

    • Logo placement on the event registration page
    • Logo placement on sponsor announcement to members and on social media
    • Logo placement with link on the event webpage if applicable

Sponsorship Notes:

    • NCPC will have final approval of all sponsorship opportunities.
    • Organizations/Artists may share a sponsorship (50/50); however, they will also need to share perks.
    • Sponsor logo placement MAY NOT be included in event advertisement emails or social media posts; however, they will be included on the links shared in those emails.
