Taking place just one week after ArtsMarket Southeast, NCPC’s Virtual Fall Booking Meeting provides presenters with a timely opportunity to reconnect, continue conversations sparked during the conference, and explore potential booking opportunities for upcoming seasons.

For presenters, the meeting is an especially valuable resource for discussing ArtsMarket Southeast showcasing artists who caught your attention. Whether you discovered an artist on the showcase stage, connected with someone in the exhibit hall, or simply want to hear what your presenting colleagues are considering, the Fall Booking Meeting creates space to turn those conference connections into meaningful booking conversations.

The fully virtual format makes it easy to participate from wherever you are. Throughout the day, participants will have opportunities to view artist videos, discuss potential bookings, share experiences and recommendations, identify opportunities for block booking, and learn what fellow presenters are considering for their upcoming seasons.

Whether you're a longtime NCPC participant or attending a Virtual Block Booking Meeting for the first time, this webinar is for you. As we've continued to refine and improve the block booking process, this session will cover recent updates, walk through meeting logistics, share best practices for participating, and offer tips for making the most of the day.
