Welcome to NCPC’s Virtual Fall Block Booking Meeting!

What is our Fall Block Booking Meeting? Taking place just one week after ArtsMarket Southeast, this meeting is the perfect opportunity to continue the conversations that began in Durham.

Why Attend? NCPC’s Virtual Fall Booking Meeting provides presenters with a timely opportunity to reconnect, continue conversations sparked during the conference, and explore potential booking opportunities for upcoming seasons. Sharing impressions while they're still fresh helps us identify regional interest and turn excitement into real opportunities.

How do I prepare? To make our meeting as productive as possible, we ask presenters to research artists they're interested in presenting in advance and add them to our interactive Block Booking Spreadsheet. Please include a quality performance video and any relevant artist information when adding an act to the spreadsheet. Having this research completed ahead of time allows us to spend our meeting discussing the artists—not searching for them online.

Opening Session Sponsor

Kick off the meeting with your organization featured front and center.
Your 3–5 minute video will play during the opening session for all attendees, setting the tone for the day.

Lunch Break Sponsor

Be featured during a dedicated break in the schedule when attendees can connect virtually.
Your sponsorship recognition and video will be displayed as part of the break programming.

Closing Session Sponsor

Additional Notes:

Sponsorship Rate- $500 per session (first come, first served).
Organizations or artists may share a sponsorship (50/50), including shared video time (1½–2½ minutes per sponsor).
