This January, we’re bringing the warmth of connection straight to your screen.

Even though we may be miles apart, the Winter Booking Meeting remains one of NCPC’s most personal and collaborative gatherings. It is a space where presenters, artists, and arts leaders come together to share ideas, discover performances, and build lasting relationships.

This year's fully virtual format maintains the spirit of creativity and community you've come to expect while providing the comfort of joining from your own space, with a statewide network just a click away. Expect meaningful conversations, engaging artist videos, and plenty of opportunities to connect.

Whether you’re seeking new talent, sharing your experiences presenting various acts, or simply reconnecting with colleagues, the Winter Booking Meeting invites you to slow down, connect deeply, and get ready to plan big for the year ahead.

Kick off the meeting with your organization featured front and center.
Your 3–5 minute video will play during the opening session for all attendees, setting the tone for the day.

Lunch Break Sponsor

Be featured during a dedicated break in the schedule when attendees can connect virtually.
Your sponsorship recognition and video will be displayed as part of the break programming.

Closing Session Sponsor

Leave a lasting impression as the final featured sponsor of the event.

Additional Notes:

Sponsorship Rate: $500 per session (first come, first served).
Organizations or artists may share a sponsorship (50/50), including shared video time (1½–2½ minutes per sponsor).
